All our products are priced in Pakistani Rupees ( PKR ). Currency calculators are also available online.
Shipping
We ship all over Pakistan. All orders will show calculated shipping rates at the checkout. Items are shipped via your chosen method within 2-5 business days. If a rush or custom order is required, please email at info@gharishnaturals.com
Return Process
- In-Store Return (if applicable): If you made your purchase at a Gharish Naturals store, simply bring the unopened, unused product and original receipt to the store for a full
- Online Return (if applicable): If you purchased online, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label via You can then return the unopened, unused product using the provided label.
- Verification and Action: Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return/refund Upon verification, we’ll process your full refund within 7 business days (excluding original shipping charges) using your original payment method.
What Can't Be Returned/Refunded?
- Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products.
- Missing Original Receipt (In-Store Purchases): We require the original receipt for in-store returns to verify your order.
- Returns After 15 Days: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for unopened, unused items after 15 days of order.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items Reported After 7 Days: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for incorrect or damaged.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your online order anytime before it ships. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. After shipment, our return policy applies.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons like:
- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing errors
- Payment decline by your bank
